Whether the client is a consumer or a business entity, these conditions govern the purchase and sale of both digital and physical products, as well as associated services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars.

Orders may be refunded

Carlene Shines is not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged at this time

Prices may change at any time, but the price applied to an order will be the one in effect at the time the order was placed

Risk of loss or damage for physical goods transfers upon dispatch.

You waive your right to cancel the purchase once the digital content has been accessed or delivered
Immediate access to digital content constitutes full performance of the contract
You understand that no refunds will be issued once access has been granted
